I had been toying with the idea of moving to Oceanside, but thought it would happen at a later date. A one-story home popped up for sale on a Sunday night/Monday morning, shortly after shelter in place orders had been issued due to Covid-19. After getting Steve's name as a reference, I called him and we set up a walk-through on Tuesday (this was also just prior to only virtual tours being allowed). We all looked over the house and, at Steve's recommendation, offered a price lower than what I had in mind. The offer was accepted! Between Steve, Zesty, Deana, and Jen, the process just flowed from start to finish. Our final walk-through had to be done virtually. Zesty set everything up and the seller walked us through everything he thought we might be interested in seeing, both inside and out. This was really the next best thing to being there. I know some people want to buy or sell without the help of a realtor, but with all the paperwork and other issues involved, I honestly don't know why. One little slip in paperwork and the deal could be lost. I have bought homes in the past and this, by far, was the most pleasant and enjoyable experiences I've had. Steve and his team are the best!

I had the please of working with Steve when he sold my home and helped me purchase my new home. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and has a team of other professionals he works with that made things go smoothly.
We were in escrow on both properties at the same time and ran into a number of hurdles during the stressful process. Steve was able to navigate through the issues with seeming ease as if he had dealt with the problems we were facing uncountable times before. My family was able to sell a house we outgrew and get into a house that is perfect for us thanks to his dedicated efforts.

I was introduced to Steve by my financial advisor, who are both part of the ProVisors network. Steve was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge and experience were extremely beneficial to me as a first time home buyer, unfamiliar with many aspects of the purchasing process.
We were in escrow twice, the second resulted in owning the home I'm writing this review from. During the first, foundation issues were found during the discovery phase. He and his associate, Zesty, were instrumental in aiding my decision making, which was ultimately lead to walking away. It's said that "where interest lies, honor dies," but that is clearly not the case with Steve and Zesty.
Steve was very responsive each time I wanted to look at a home, which is a critical quality given the state of the market during the pandemic. He's also constantly trying to work out an edge that gives his client an advantage over other buyers. The home I purchased was being tented when we looked at it, only a day or so after hitting the market. Before chemicals were deployed, Steve convinced the fumigators to let us in to look inside. This meant we were one of only a few groups not bidding on the home sight-unseen. I think this is the reason we were not outbid.
With that said, I highly recommend this team. Thanks again guys.
